What values do we cherish in working with clients and in accessing constellation workshops?
Equality
All who feel invited to come, who feel that their time for the Constellation has come, and who for any other reason wish to attend the constellation workshop, have the same right of belonging.
The reasons for exclusion may be because the constellator or other person is difficult for some particular person, because he feels that the person does not deserve the work, because he judges or resents it for any other reason. Everyone has a reason. The answer to this inequality is humility before each client, before his fate, before the fact that his life belongs only to him and goodness in the heart for each client. The constellation door is equally open to everyone - everyone is welcome.
No one is bigger than the field, especially not the constellation or the organizer and we understand that. The same right to belong to each person is granted and exercised by a higher power.
Wholeness
We understand that the Constellation Field views all the participants of the constellations equally, and views them as one whole. From this integrity of the constellation group system comes strength, comes peace, which enables faster flow of information and enables the greatest giving and at the same time the greatest receiving and the greatest benefit for all.
We ensure this integrity in this way: the field looks at everything equally, and the constellation serves the field. Everyone comes: everyone comes at the same time, everyone leaves at the same time and everyone pays the same price for the workshop, we take into account everyone who wants to do their work as well as anyone who does not. We also consider anyone who violates this order or has special requirements, e.g. he lives far away, so he has to leave early, or he has a life-threatening illness, so it's safer for him, and for others, to be at home, safe.
Arrival
We understand that the development of the constellation approach is always on the move and that new insights can occur on a daily basis about the conduct of constellations, as well as about solutions, and we understand what kind of internal attitude we need to have in order to be able to respect this. We understand that every day we can have for our clients new social systems that will open the doors to constellations and give them a chance to act and show effect. We feel awe at all of this.
That is why we are committed to continuously grow and develop together with constellations and introduce them into systems in which they are necessarily needed and in which they have not worked so far. We are committed to welcome the arrival of the new with broad hands and ready to act in accordance with the systemic principles of belonging, order and Exchange.
Openness
Bert Hellinger never wanted to keep his knowledge a secret, he made his views available to everyone from the very beginning. Thus, we in the team are available for every person, every client or colleague in selfless sharing of information and answers to questions about systemic constellations, always turn to the good. This is why, among other things, we are writing and will continue to write a blog.
We will open communication channels to receive information about what we can do better, what we can organize better, what workshop topics to set, and respond to customer feedback as much as we can.
In the event that the client's question (for any reason) is such that we cannot or do not know how to answer it, we will take responsibility for it and refer the client to another constelator or another expert, or we will organize an event where we will host experts who will be able to best respond to the client's requests.
Leadership
Every decision we make is solely the decision of the person who runs this organization, and that is the constellation. All funding is acquired through teamwork through Constellation services, we do not belong to any organization and are independent by all means.
We understand that we have learned and learned from the original experts and that the door is always open to us there. We will not use this position to obtain unreasonable and unfair advantage, in the form of material, financial or other services from our clients.
For this reason, we do not “repair” the work of other colleagues and we strictly keep ourselves within the boundaries of our business system.
We will do our best to do business in an honest, honest way, always trying to create a situation where giving and receiving are in balance for both sides. We will provide transparent financial pricing information and handle all financial matters as ethically as possible.
The constellation work itself always guides the field, and it is larger than the constellation.
Care
We understand as a team that every person who comes to the workshop is in some way sensitive, that they come with what is first on their heart and that behind them is their great love and family system that seeks help. We are committed to humbly organize and lead the workshop and to be gentle to each client and to deliver information from the field in the most gentle way possible.
Sometimes this is not possible, sometimes the field requires a person to wake up and deliver solutions quickly and directly, we would say “sharp as a knife”. We will accept this as what brings the person the most to his life and that the field thus nurtures his action in life.
THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSTELLATION
Response- ability = ability to respond. We are expected to answer how to deal with a particular request that comes to us, or reject it.
The constelator as the leader of the work has a responsibility, and we acknowledge that. Responsibility in building a constellation system that treats everyone equally, responsibility for the continuing education and study of Science of Bert Hellinger so that he can best identify the causes and solutions of the works, responsibility for the stability of the group, for his own humility towards the client and leaving leadership to a higher intelligence.
The constellation is responsible for its own courage, neutrality, abandonment of prejudice, strength, and intelligence. The constellation is responsible for everyone knowing the rules and conditions of participation, and the like. The constellation is responsible for living the orders of Love discovered by Bert Hellinger and promoting them as he discovered them, with great clarity, love and faith in life.
