Bert Hellinger was a great charismatic leader who, with his discipline, perseverance and steadfastness, conceived a new approach to looking at humans, the causes and consequences of human actions, and discovered what really helps us. Through his leadership, he has laid the foundation, and through his 110 books translated into 37 languages he has given us everything we need and will ever need for a successful life. He was a priest and a great faith and connection with the field is woven into the systemic constellations. In this way, we could say that in their narrowest essence the constellations are in fact a prayer that is always answered.
” The family constellation existed before me, I've only just picked it. " - Bert Hellinger”
It was Bert Hellinger who developed an interdisciplinary, group and systemic approach to helping life from the thematically limited fringe area of psychotherapy, which is now used worldwide. He never wanted to keep his knowledge secret, he made his views available to everyone from the very beginning.
What are systemic constellations (Familienstellen)?
The original family constellations according to Bert Helliger are an approach:
- Looking at the real (hidden) causes of difficulties or something that a person wants to clarify,
- In which people are placed in a space that represents elements of these difficulties: family members, life partners, ourselves, the company, products…
- How to look at the true dynamics of what is posed as a problem,
and found out the real cause, - Which then leads us to a solution.
The real consequence of the constellation is more order within the relationship/client system that results in: more peace, more strength, more courage, more love, more health, more stability and certainly more mental clarity about the life we live in order to make better decisions.
Yet sometimes (not often), the truth that the constellation brings can be “as precise as a knife”. Then life requires a person to wake up, and sometimes this awakening can be difficult, especially when there are long-hidden secrets in the family/business system.
What are the constellations for?
1. DETECTION OF CAUSES
Constellations serve a person to discover the real causes and real background of failure, divorce, grief, personal and professional decline, stagnation, illness, disorientation, addiction, aggression, longing for death, and more.2. TAKING PERMANENT SOLUTIONS
Recognizing certain orders and the effect of the collective conscience, Bert Hellinger was able to use his constellations to expose and resolve the burdensome dynamics and dynamics that cause failures and illnesses in families. Constellations bring solutions in ways that have never been seen before, and lead to success, health and happiness that remains, and it is up to us to take them.
As Bert Hellinger did, so do we constellators, schooled at Bert Hellinger's school, and for this reason the method is called: systemic constellations according to Bert Hellinger.

dynamics of business and business situations.
- What does a group of systemic constellations look like?
If someone stood by and watched the constellation work, what would they see? You would see a group of people sitting in a circle, you would see that the unuar of that circle were somehow separated by 2 people, and you could assume that they were the client and the constellator, the one who leads the work.
- What would happen at the workshop?
A few people would stand, some might sit or lie down some would move. It would look like a play in which there is no script, and no instructions to work. It is not known who represents whom. But the situation absolutely and without any doubt reflects the very precise and honest life situation of the client, his problem. What else do we see? We see someone closer to someone, someone further away, someone hugging someone, and someone has their back turned to someone. In addition to positions, we also see emotions that reflect these relationships - someone is angry or sad at someone. Thus we can say that constellations are postural and relational representations of the invisible dynamics of some problem or challenge that is put before the life of one person. In this way, we truly discover what is actually happening, what is the real source of the problem and how to accept and live it permanently. In this way, systemic constellations are best known - for their positive effects on people's lives, and for their results.
- Who is the representative at work?
The representative (the person attending the workshop) who is being put to work should know only little or nothing about the problem of the person who is asking the topic that is their problem or that they want to clarify. It turns out that as soon as the representative is placed, when he is centered within himself, he comes into contact with the field or other world from which he gets precise information. The representative doesn't need to know anything. There is no need to worry or worry about what awaits him. He only has to allow himself to be captured in a mindful way by the movement that guides him further in his work. You should also not think or interpret, but give in to movement.
- What were the constellations in the beginning, and what are they today?
In the development of Familienstellen Berta and Sophie Hellinger a total of five stages can be distinguished. At each stage, fundamental and entirely new insights into human behavior are discovered. These stages are detailed below by clicking on the link.
- Why are the constellations so important?
For more than 30 years, system constellations have served as one of the best and most effective life-supporting and life-serving approaches and are best known for their effectiveness. Systemic constellations offer the maximum value and power of change that a person can receive.
- What is it really about the constellations?
Everyone lives privately and professionally always in relationships, and family is the basis of every man. Anyone who wants to find their true place and purpose in life should know the basic life principles or "orders of Love" discovered by Bert Hellinger, and integrate them into their life. The pores of love are universal laws of life, independent of skin color, culture and faith. They are the foundation for success in life on all levels. For every person there is only one right place in the family, one right place in business, one right place in society, and that is their own place. After we find and take this place, a new perspective opens up that makes us capable of taking action. And not just any actions - actions that bring us success, happiness and abundance.
